The aim of current work is to create training software that would help students in understanding basic and advanced issues related to LFSR-based pseudorandom test pattern generation. The didactic aim of the tool is presenting complicated concepts in a comprehensive graphical way. The main problem that we dealt with during the work on this thesis was to create a tool that represents a simulation, training, and research environment and supports both analytic and synthetic way of learning. As a result was developed the training tool that turn learning of the LFSR-based pseudorandom test pattern generation into an easy task. The tool comes in two different versions – applet and application. The applet version allows easy work with the system over the web. The thesis is written in English and contains 28 pages of text, 4 chapters, 21 figures, 1 table.
